Don't be spooked! In this one day introductory course, students will concentrate on making their own Halloween themed pendants and jewelry while learning the basics of flameworking with borosilicate and soft glass. Starting with the basics, students will learn the difference between the two types of glass and what each are capable of. They will also learn the importance of designing objects to be wearable with strong connection points and building components to construct a whole, finished piece. This class is open to ages 11 and up. Students are encouraged to come with a sketchbook and their spookiest ideas!
