Atlanta, GA | Thursday, November 29, 2020

Join us for an intensive one-day workshop focused on equipping you with immediately usable ‭approaches and skills to inspire workforce teams and accelerate high-level performance.

In today’s competitive world of work, the highly-structured organization—with a clear strategic plan, a stable market, and an unconditionally loyal workforce—is a thing of the past. The most enlightened companies are moving on from antiquated leadership models, choosing instead to focus on creating a new breed of independent, dynamic and agile leaders at every managerial and supervisory level.

Through a series of unique, fast-paced, highly engaging and feedback-rich experiences, you will explore the four key areas of effective leadership in order to:

Increase engagement by tapping into the passions and purpose of those around you. Strengthen connections to build better external networks. Improve the quality of conversations to increase influence inside of the organization. Dramatically increase employee performance and growth. Create an environment to ignite innovation and support change.

In addition to this one-day intensive leadership development experience, your registration includes:

Pre-Workshop 360-degree Inventory Assessment: Prior to the workshop, participants will receive The Leadership Feedback Report (LFR 360) to complete. Leaders develop best when they have an opportunity to receive candid feedback on their performance, and this inventory is designed to do just that. This assessment is invaluable information to help stimulate a leader’s ongoing learning and to provide guidance on specific development opportunities for their future roadmap. Post-Workshop Subscription to Micro eLearning App to Make the Learning Stick: Recognizing that the real BreakOut! begins after the workshop is over, your registration includes access to a12-week Micro eLearning Program. Micro eLearning enables participants to more easily absorb and retain information by offering short, focused lessons designed to refresh and reinforce material learned during the workshop and challenge them to apply their learning experiences to create lasting behavior change. Take-Home Card Deck and Checklist: These handy materials are designed to help you and your teams identify each team member’s passion and purpose. Influencing Skills Self-Assessment: This tool is designed to reveal a leader’s influencing style so they’re better able to determine how they can successfully impact and influence others.
