TOPHOTELPROJECTS World Tour
A series of high quality, personal networking events, that brings together the local market in the most important cities for the hospitality industry on a global level.

What to expect

Networking

The main purpose of the event is personal networking.
Small groups of 6 people per table will ensure that you meet everyone, enabling you to actively practice networking in your desired industries.

Hospitality Professionals

Each of our events hosts a well-selected, small, exclusive group of investors/owners/developers, architects/interior designers, hoteliers/operators, consultants, suppliers and media representatives.

Market Facts & Figures

Get key insights about the current market situation. Each event invites local keynote speakers to present the latest updates about the regional development, design and economy trends.
The Program Mix
The one-day conference presents a unique blend of crucial industry information and power networking in an interactive and inspirational program with:

Speeches

Our keynote speakers will give you the latest insights about industry facts and figures for the respective pipeline, focusing the local developments and industry trends.

The Creative Spark

The Creative Spark is a competition of 3 hotel projects presented by a responsible/involved party followed by a voting session and award nomination.

Panel Discussion

A hospitality / consumer trend relevant for all local participants.
The experts will discuss relevant matters in an interactive format led by a host/moderator. The audience may have the opportunity to actively participate

Change Table Sessions

The conference room has a classroom set up with six delegates per table. During the ‘Change Table Session’ attendees introduce themselves each to others. In between the speeches, panel discussion and project presentations all participants change tables. Each new ‘Change Table Session’ grants the opportunity to meet new delegates.

Testimonials
With this particular size of the group, people have time to reflect of what they have heard and can exchange experiences.

Coming away with a number of new business cards is the biggest benefit for me. This will lead into new meetings, new business.
Can Faik - Hotel Spec & SPACE

Overall I have to say the event is very well ‘engineered’.
The audience is a very selected bunch of professionals in a small, exclusive group. You cannot come across with the attendees in your everyday life, which is wonderful. This make the networking sessions very efficient.
With this particular size of the group, people have time to reflect of what they have heard and can exchange experiences. It is not the usual speed dating event of changing cards. It is more of an interaction that is provoked, in conjunction with what is being presented. Apart from that the locations are very well selected and it is very concentrated.
Hakan Ozkasikci - Aman Hotels

Big thanks to Kayley and the team for this fantastic networking event! It was very last minute for me, but so happy I could join. Thanks to the effective set up (change table sessions) I have been able to make lots of interesting contacts and was able to arrange meetings to fill the rest of the week I was staying in Singapore. The various presentations given are a great source of business insights. All in all, a great concept to get connected in the hotel industry!

Creative Spark No. 1
25hours Hotel Langstrasse, Zurich by Bruno Marti | 25hours Hotels

CinchonaBar

About the Hotel

The second 25hours Hotel in Zurich opened in April 2020. The Hotel is located on Europaallee at one of the nodal points in the current urban development project, where the new district runs into the legendary Langstrasse, the traditional district of subculture and revelers. The 170 rooms, restaurant and bar have been designed by the renowned Berlin design team Studio Aisslinger. The crew around head designer Werner Aisslinger created a holistic look under the working title “pocket universe”. Fittingly, the 25hours Hotel Langstrasse sees itself as a miniature cosmos, providing bright new services for a new breed of urban nomads. The main focus lies on the public areas. The ground floor, comprising lobby, kiosk, restaurant and bar attracts travelers and locals alike. Inspired by pawn shops in the neighborhood, guests have the possibility to pay their accommodation nonmonetary in pieces of art or furniture. The hotel is also host to a regular artist in residence program and invites artists from around the world to work in its in-house atelier.

About the Hotel

“The Circle” at Zurich Airport will be a destination in itself. Just steps away from the terminal buildings, the new, architecturally striking complex will buzz with life and services. With all the bustle of an international trading center it will become a focal point for business and lifestyle. A newly designed park area will provide recreational area and nature at your doorstep.

“The Circle” covers 180,000 square metres of usable space and will cater to a number of purposes which will generate synergies. It will feature two hotels and a convention centre, international brands and companies, a medical centre and state-of-the-art office space. Fields of art, culture, dining, entertainment and education complete the spectrum.

250 rooms of the representative business hotel Hyatt Regency and 300 rooms of the select service property Hyatt Place cover the range for the traveller looking for business and lifestyle as much as the uncomplicated and practical way of life. Located adjacent to the hotels, The Circle Convention Centre Zurich Airport has space for up to 1500 people in its Convention Hall plus additional 15 venue rooms. It is not only located at the best connected place in Switzerland but offers an extraordinary infrastructure amidst The Circle, right in front of an inspiring park area.

About the Hotel

Bordering the Arosa forest, a lake and only a few minutes’ walk to the nearest ski lift, the Valsana development marks the entrance to Arosa.

Relocated backwards from the street, three new buildings will arise on the compound of the former Sporthotel Valsana. One hotel with 40 rooms, nine administered apartments with appendant wellness area and a grand restaurant including a big sun kissed terrace with superb mountaintop views as well as 11 holiday flats is planned. In the basement floor of the buildings an onsite shopping arcade, composed of a supermarket, a sports shop and a medical practice centre, complete the mixed use complex.

The Valsana development, which has a volume of approximately 55’000 m3, built to the highest environmental and energy standards, will have an underground car park and is just a stone‘s throw from the railway station. The luxurious infrastructure and highly desirable location provide the perfect backdrop for a wonderful alpine retreat.

Featuring an abundance of wood, ornament, stone and light; this brand new hotel complex built in a new „Swiss-Chalet-Style“; fits perfectly into the surrounding of an alpine Village.

The redesign of the area should become an attractive eye-catcher in the centre of Arosa. The opening of the new building complex is planned for autumn 2020.
