\n\nEd na B. Chun\, DM\, is chief learning officer with HigherEd Talent. She has more than two decades of strategic human resource and diversity leadership experience in public higher education. Her work and publications focus on academic and administrative talent practices that build organizational ca pacity. A sought-after keynote speaker and facilitator\, Chun is an award- winning author and thought leader with a major body of published work on d iversity and human resource practices in higher education. As a nationally recognized expert in leadership development\, she frequently advises univ ersities and colleges on diversity strategic planning\, total rewards stra tegy\, talent acquisition and retention\, change management and organizati onal effectiveness\, cultural competence\, and the integration of HR and d iversity practices. Her particular expertise is in the development of conc rete\, research-based strategies that strengthen organizational synergy an d build more inclusive cultures in support of institutional goals.
\n\nAlvin Evans serves as higher ed practice lead er with HigherEd Talent. With more than 20 years of executive-level experi ence in complex local education agencies and doctoral extensive institutio ns of higher education\, he works with organizations interested in develop ing strategic and cutting-edge organizational capabilities.
