In the past couple of month s\, we have been inundated with news of egregious cases of sexual harassme nt occurring in the workplace. To say the least\, these stories are alarmi ng. At the same time\, many studies demonstrate that pay disparity remains a very real problem in this country. Not enough has been done to address this. As a result\, The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (&ldquo\;E EOC&rdquo\;) proposed a new EEO-1 Report that demanded significantly more information from employers\, including pay data and hours worked. While im plementation of the new EEO-1 Report was placed on hold\, it is clear that addressing disparities in employment\, pay\, and promotion are a focus at the EEOC. There have also been sweeping changes in laws governing employe e recruitment and the interview process. These are some of the topics that will be thoroughly addressed during this boot camp.
